Enterprise on clinton hwy knoxvill. I had a insurance rental from enterprise n got the car n no contrack on the car so after 2 weeks call them about is the return of the car n was told im still good n response from insurance n days later on june 18 called again n same response n still good so i didn’t get any reply from them so its still good but on july 3 got a text that the car needs to be returned coz it expired june 26 n got charged $227.?? For the extra days which they should know when i called but wasn’t told n i guess they need to take extra money since i have my catd on file with them n we are in their mercy so i called n yhe manager miss bree said they can’t do anything n i need to call the insurance instead. Bottom line they should have just told me last day is june 26 since they have insurance contract rather than asking me im still good till they get insurance respond n its a bad customer service n never reply back
