Turned in my rental car due to an accident. Paid the extra insurance coverage out of my pocket for 10 days on top of what the other person's insurance paid since it was their fault so enterprise made a killing on my rental. Then two weeks later, I receive an invoice for tolls incurred that included a service charge. Found out it is from a 3rd party that contracts with Enterprise to assess tolls to Enterprise customers. I live near the state line where there are two toll bridges across the state line. There are no toll booths and all my cars have responders to pay automatically at the cheapest rate every month on a credit card. The invoice for the tolls from Enterprise came with no dates and times that I crossed these bridges only the dates of my rental. Enterprise has a transponder on all their vehicles so I am certain they are being charged the cheapest toll rate but then charge customers more. Didn't have a choice but to rent from Enterprise as this is the only company offered by the other insurance company for a car rental. Will not be renting from Enterprise in the future especially living so close to toll bridges.
