Terrible Terrible service ignorant employees. No type of customer service skills. We live I. The same community as the North Lauderdale location. I'm sorry but they need to Shut IT down. 3 time we have attempted to rent a vehicle and was told yes the have a mid sized car to spend 1 hour each time to be told they only have a roller skate sized vehicle left. Please take care of this location asap! They are pulling our community down. Employees are very rude with no type of appreciation for people and no apologies for always making patrons unhappy
