It didn't!!!! First we booked a minivan, we received a Toyota Highlander. We have 6 people, with luggage. We are so cramped in this vehicle. They are not doing anything to fix the problem except for, " you don't have to fill it up upon return." What! $40! Gee thank you. We drove from Michigan to Florida all cramped up, now we're on the way back. Tierd, cramped, and cranky. We have barely any room for our legs. We only brought one duffle bag each. Could imagine if we would not have been frugal with our packing. It's so stupid. When you book, reserve a mini can, you should get that. Oh how could I forget, we still got charged the same as if we had gotten a mini van. That might be my last time with this company. Sorry to say.
