Reserved a car a month in advance. Day of pick up, the lady told me I don't have a reservation, the email I had was fraud, and for me to get into the only vehicle she had I needed to bring her $300 CASH! I rented from another location and returned it early. Now they are trying to charge me $10 for tolls the day after I returned it and $10 for a service charge 2 weeks after I returned it! Wtf is this? Just random charges being added just because?
