Terrible customer service and an opportunistic money grabber. Car dealer gave me a rental from them cause they had to do some repairs on the car I bought and 10 months later enterprise is asking me to pay $198 cause their relation with that dealer broke up. A week later they sent me a letter that I can’t rent a car from them again!!!! Instead of going after the dealership that didn’t pay them they come after the customer. Called 3 times asking for a manager and they just don’t care to call back. Pathetic!!!
