I rented at from Enterprise on South Academy on Colorado Springs, CO. Customer service was excellent from receiving the car rental from Griffin and turning it back in wuth Taylor. They both were very respectful, expedient and insured I was delighted each time I came in. The car itself was clean, filled up and I was on my way within 10 minutes, picking up and turning in. I've used Enterprise from three locations in Colorado Springs and two locations out of Alexandria, VA. Each time was very easy and never had complaints with any of the customer services. My time is valuable and the representatives of Enterprise Car Rental knows to value each customer's time with respectful service. They also have reward points that I need to start investing in.
