If icould leave negative stars I would. Rented a truck online ,called day before no trucks available. Needed a truck. Customer service on phone is a joke. Hung up on 6 times could never get same person. Greenfield Mass. Well no words for him I cannot believe he is a manager. Finally no motorcycle had to rent a car. Has a guard hanging down underneath and scraping. Just does the speed limit. This is the first time we have rented from them. Never again
