My car rental was due back to enterprise at 5pm Friday and on my way back from my trip the tire kept losing air. I called enterprise and they gave me a few options in order to get home safely. I called roadside assistance and I was told to go the nearest Firestone to have the tire repaired. I ended up waiting for a tire at Firestone for 3 hours but Geno from enterprise told me not to worry just return the vehicle the following day and I would not receive an additional day charge and he apologized for any inconvenience. I want to thank Geno and the enterprise company for their outstanding customer service. You have a forever grateful customer.
