The one should be a partail star but you don't get that option. I have rented from Enterprize for decades never a problem but now I reserved a car for a trip weeks ago and went in today to pick up the car and was told there is a state of emergeny and no cars available have to get on a waiting list. They have all my information and couldn't leave notice of this problem so I could have been on the list days ealier. And they then took the information from a person who came up after me before taking mine. I called to complain that I believe it could have been courtsey messages sent out and then heard voices talking in the back grond and the call was ended. What horrible customer service that has become of this company. Just my thoughts
