My wife just let to go visit my parents for a few days - she had a reservation at Enterprise until they called us an hour ago to say that they had no cars here in Dearborn - we drove to the airport, only for Enterprise to tell us that it would be $200 MORE to rent a car from a different location - when they were the ones who cancelled the reservation.
They clearly don’t need the business, so don’t use Enterprise! Now we missed church and my wife is driving her car after all, an hour later.
