When I arrived at the counter at Enterprise Buda, I was blindsided by the absurd demand for a visa on my Australian passport—something that should have been made clear beforehand. After wasting 20 precious minutes on this nonsense, I was told that the Tacoma I had booked was simply unavailable. As a family of five traveling with an 11-month-old infant, this was a complete catastrophe. To make matters worse, the branch manager, Katy Patterson, was particularly rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Her attitude was dismissive from the moment we approached the counter. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, she treated us as if our concerns were trivial. It became clear that she had no intention of resolving our issues.surrounded by people who seemed completely indifferent to our desperation. After what felt like an eternity of stress and anxiety, we finally found a car at another rental company in San Antonio. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was a nightmare that put our entire trip in jeopardy. The lack of professionalism and empathy from Enterprise was shocking. I will never trust them again, and I urge anyone considering their services to think twice. You don’t want to risk your family’s plans on such an unreliable company!
