We rented a car in Atlanta at the airport location. It was a 2024 GMC Yukon getting ready to pass the gat to exit the add oil light came on. We were then provided a 2024 Wagoneer, it has som rattles but Sunday morning it would not crank and there were no lights left on. We are now an hour plus behing trying to get to the airport. I reached out to Enterprise in reference to running late and my wife needing wheelchair assistance and they really could care less. No offer of help. I dropped her off at the treminal and took the car back and had to hustle to make my flight all because of poor customer consideration. I now see why people don't want to use them and you can add me to the list #noenterpriseever.
