I had a rental from Enterprise the waterloo location, I will say that the service was excellent. I took the rental insurance coverage and it was worth every penny. I was in an accident while looking for a new car, Enterprise personnelle were great, Casey and Maggie were thoughtful,kind and helpful. The car was towed, they arranged for me to be picked up and another rental car was waiting for me from the Guelph location. Sidney from Guelph was also excellent when I returned the car. I felt valued and taken care of. I would highly recommend both locations. Thanks!!
