So, I rented a car, a few months later enterprise sends me a email saying I got a camera ticket months later. Soon as i got the email i took care of it and paid it as the agent walked me through the process. However, a week later enterprise took a double payment off my card. I have sent in all my documents and bank statements that I took care of payment; they refuse to give me back my money with PROFF! every agent says something different. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
