I am trying to rent a vehicle with a reservation number from my auto insurance company. I have attempted several locations within a 60 mile radius of my home and magically there is not a car available as apparently there are certain cars available when an insurance company is paying versus when you are paying as an individual. This is according to the customer service rep on their own reservation line. The website itself says that vehicles are available but again when calling the location numbers you are connected to a call center in which they tell you nothing is available. They promise to put in a search for you, but it could take anywhere from an hour to more than 24 hours to get a response.
