I had a rental car scheduled for 12/3. I got to the rental car and they told me I had a 9am appt and it was 1pm at the time and they gave my car away. This was a rental due to a car repair through my insurance. At the time I secured my reservation there was no time stamp. The location was 2016 W Stassney Ln Austin Tx. The guy at the counter was very surely, had an attitude and didn't help at all knowing that I was without a car. He could of called one of the many locations in town and just said best he could do was 5pm the following day, more than 24hr. Very rude! I went to another Enterprise 3500 S Lamar Austin, Chase couldn't have been nicer and is helping me get a car 12 tomorrow.
