IVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 2002 AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN THROUGH ANYTHING BAD WITH ENTERPRISE UNTIL NOW.. THEY GAVE ME CAR WITH AN OIL CHANGE NEEDED & WOULD NOT SWITCH ME TO A RELIABLE VEHICLE WITH A SUSPECT $300 DEPOSIT THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE BACK WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED... I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH ENTERPRISE... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.... HAS ANYONE RAN INTO CAR ISSUES UPON RENTING A VEHICLE FROM ENTERPRISE & COULD NOT GET HELP FROM NO ONE...
