Gave me a car with all seasons instead of winter tires. 2 tires went flat and I am still waiting for a tow truck that entreprise arranged. It’s been 3 hours and no one is showing up. Called entreprise and they don’t care. It’s 9:43 pm, cold weather with snow. Awful service from the company and the SMC towing.
