We ordered a vehicle via Expedia - had an Enterprise Confirmation #. Went to pickup the vehicle (via Lift driver), and no vehicles were available - just a RAM 1500 truck. No sympathy, just attitude. Enterprise said, "We tried to call, but we got voice mail and then 'she' arrived at our door." Yes, she was already in the Lift and literally was getting out of the vehicle when they called. Spoke to the manager, and she had the same attitude. This made a family emergency worse. Such horrid people working there. "Company policy" we cannot adjust the pricing - it's just 10.00 more....that is what I heard. However, gas in a RAM 1500 vs. a small cross-over is more $$$ when driving hundreds of miles. I hope Enterprise goes out of business. If it is only $10.00 why couldn't Enterprise adjust the pricing for our inconvenience?
