I received a call from Lucas at the Enterprise depot at Scotswood Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, his attitude was genuine and professional. On my arrival at the depot to collect my car I was met by Katie who showed me around the car and completed the paperwork. I have to say they were both incredible. Katie also transported me home when I returned the car. Great service.
