On Friday December 13th I had to put my car in the shop for repairs. So I needed a rental car for a week while waiting. So December 14th, 2024 I went to the New Pelham, AL location and Mike Matthews was very professional, provided above and beyond service, and genuinely cared about my needs has a customer. I must admit I was not easy to deal with and turned down multiple vehicles because I wanted something comparable to what I drove daily. Through all my dramatic statements, anxiety, and freaking out thinking about driving in a basic car. Mike Matthews helped me by finding a vehicle, picking it up, and washing it. Just to provide me with what I needed to be a satisfied customer. This vehicle has all the features that my car has and I'm very pleased with you for helping me to get it.
