I made reservations at the 5059 Beeler st denver 80238. I went the on 11/19/24 to pick it up they didn't have a car for the time I reserved it and was told maybe after 5pm. I should have been notified because my husband had buisines meeting and needed it the next morning while I car was in the shop. It was very difficult to even get thru to make reservations. Nobody picked the phone. Then to be told to I would have be able to get one at 3pm and they didn't have it. And was told I couldn't rent one because the insurance company had to call it in. I offered to pay for it. And was given an outrageous quote. I found out later the next day at your location in north east Aurora location, it was not problem I didn't have to go thru that I already had my claim number and was in the system. My husband and I walked away so frustrated with Penny handling this, she was very short. And so unprofessional.
