We had family coming into town so we reserved a vehicle almost that would accommodate all of us about a month in advanced, the night before they called to tell us that the rental would be delayed an hour, which was fine I showed up to enterprise at 140 pm the time they had told me, waited in line to find out now the vehicle would now be available at another location at 5PM FOR MORE MONEY! Because we had all our family in town counting on this vehicle we would go ahead and do it even though I felt like I was being fleeced, before heading over to the new location I called them to make sure the vehicle would be ready and they told me they had no such vehicle, I explained what had transpired but they insisted they didn’t have that vehicle and did not expect to receive that vehicle, I tried to call the first location to ask what was going on, but they must have had caller ID I tried several times with no one ever answered my call. Have you ever watch Sienfield car rental episode? That was my experience. Thank you Enterprise.
