While on a business trip in Huntsville, Alabama my rental car broke down on Monday November 16th in a mall parking lot. Enterprise roadside assistance could have dealt with the situation better. They called a tow truck. The tow truck driver called and said he was on his way. After almost 2.5 hours I called the tow truck driver and asked where he was. He said he was called to another tow and someone else would come and would find out where he was and call me back. He never called. I called roadside assistance back and the girl did not even care that I had been waiting this long and said she could call another tow truck and her computer was showing it would be another hour. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed to get to Huntsville Airport to get another vehicle. She then said I send an uber and send a tow truck to get the vehicle. Upon the uber bringing me back to the airport, the manager Terynce was upset that I experienced all this. Terynce and Bethany could not have been more kind and helpful to me. They made sure I was put into another vehicle. Terynce even provided his cell if I ran into anymore problems while in Huntsville. I so appreciate the wonderful customer service from the Huntsville airport team. I do think that the roadside assistance girls that are part of that area of enterprise need to be spoken to and need to more attentive to customers that are stranded for 2.5 hrs is unacceptable and there should be more effort to stay on a tow coming for the customer.
