Before you get the car, they ask you 1000 questions to cover their ass. 4 contacts. Referrals. Domestic bills!!! I saw a poor women on Xmas Eve being refused because she only has a débit card. Illegal! Discriminatory
In my case when I retourned the car they were paid by USAA to drop me at the repair Shop. The driver dropped me I. The middle of nowhere and I had to call a Uber by a freezing Day.
