I rented from the one in Mt. Airy, NC. and right from the start, Ben the guy behind the front desk was a total asshole. The car was rented by an insurrance tocompany to accomodate me because their client had hit my car and it was being repaired. The insurance company paid for a luxury car but i did not get a luxury car, far from it!!! After bringing the car back this asshole keeps my $50 deposit. What a jerk!! I am going to tell eveybody how i was treated and oh yes i will inform that insurance company so they can get some if their money back. What an asshole.
