I reserved a three-row SUV two days ago, but when I showed up to pick it up, they had no cars available—no call, no warning, nothing. The only option they offered was a pickup truck, which wasn’t what I needed. Customer service was awful, with no apology or effort to fix it. Went to Hertz instead, and they took care of me quickly with a better price. Never using this company again.
