Insurance rented us a car while our my wife’s car was be repaired in a body shop. The car that she was provided stunk of cigarette smoke and she is allergic to cigarette smoke. It was so bad that my daughter could not even ride in the car. I paid for and installed a new cabin air filter which helped some but my daughter could still not ride in the vehicle. When we turned the car back in, we provided a copy of the receipt for the filter and were told that they would reimburse us for it through the card that we provided for the deposit on the car. We got our deposit back but did not receive reimbursement for the filter.
