You are the greediest people I've ever used in my 69 years. As if you don't make enough off your rentals, you take a TINY little scratch and turn it into a complete front end job when I have witnesses to prove that the damage they saw was easily rectified with the $250 that was paid for it. The damage was so minor, that your representative didn't even notice it until I pointed it out to him. Here I am, an HONEST customer who uses your service all the time, (which is now WAS a customer) and you take advantage of by cranking up the price of a VERY MINIMAL scratch 4X what any normal body shop would have charged (and I've got the witnesses to prove it).
