We rented an SUV from Phoenix South Mountain and headed to Cav Creek. On the way there, we heard a 'rubbing' sound when we went over the most minimal bumps. Called Griffin at South Mountain and he said no problem, Enterprise would change out the car, but we were more than an hour from his store. He we contact the Cave Creek store to see if they could help. Spoke to Evan at Cave Creek and he said he could. Long story short, Griffin and Evan had worked together at PHX and they got us into an equivalent replacement, that was actually returned to Evan the next day...and Evan continued to help us thru a couple small hiccups during our remaining 3 week rental. Great service !! Left everyone smiling !! Thx to both of your store Mgrs !!
