On 1/28 I left a family heirloom ring inside an Enterprise rented vehicle (Massillon location). It's been in our family for over 50 years. Upon noticing this I visited the store, emailed customer service and also called them.
The Enterprise customer Service representative, says Enterprise is not responsible for lost items.
I replied, it's not lost but stolen from the vehicle by one of your employees.
Ensure to never leave anything in an Enterprise vehicle, as obviously theft is acceptable!!!!!
