The Martinsburg WV office has always done well by me. I've never had a problem, never had a bad experience. I know about the refundable deposit fee, and all the other particulars. Every staff member has always shown me the greatest courtesy, and has always been able to help me. Any time I need a rental car, they are the only place i will deal with.
