Absolutely horrible experience. I've rented from this location multiple times with no issues but the staff is the reason I will never be back. I got into an accident recently and got a rental from them through insurance. After a while I started paying out of pocket until I get my new car. My card was locked when they swiped it for payment which caused it to decline and their policy is they can only try once every 24 hours. So instead of them being patient with me and helping me come to a solution they caught attitudes and said id have to return the car right away. Mind you I've been paying this whole time with no problem. When I explained and even offered to call my bank in front of them they were not trying to hear me out instead the manager Shawn laughed at me. They're so unprofessional and they don't care about their customers honestly never felt so disrespected.
