I spoke with a lady by the name of DJ (sp) at the location in New Braunfels. She was very rude. She called me sir and hung up on me twice. When I tried to talk to her about a car she would cut me off and threaten to call the police. I don't appreciate being disrespected and I certainly do not appreciate being hung up on. My question was about making a payment and instead of answering my question she raised her voice, threatened to call the police and hung up on me. I will not refer this company to anybody. This is not how you treat customers. I understand if she's having a bad day, but you do not take your frustration out on customers just because they asked a question. If I could give zero stars I would!
