The original car that I received had some mechanical issues. It wouldn’t recognize that o had the key and wouldn’t start and would rev in traffic. They replaced it reluctantly and I was ok after that. I was not supposed to be charged for the vehicle as it was under warranty and they charged my card anyway. If you call there they don’t have enough staff to answer the phone and you have to go there for assistance. Both the card I got were not cleaned and had fingerprints on the glass. I guess the Clorox wipe they put in the console was their version of “cleaning” the car because it wasn’t vacuumed either. For me it was an exhausting experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else
