My wife and I flew into fort Lauderdale, and actually had a reservation with a different car company when we went to their desk there was about 200 people in line and it was moving about as fast as a snail does on a cold day. And you know how damn well that goes, once we would get up to the desk they tell us they didn't have our car. Most of these companies know how to take a reservation they just don't know how to hold it. Decided not to wait started checking the other companies no one had any cars we got to the Enterprise counter and the young man named Max was extremely, let me emphasize that EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and just a good old guy to deal with. Not only did he get us a car, but it was actually less than the other company we had made a reservation with. If you're coming in at least the fort la.uderdale airport, don't waste your time with the other companies go with enterprise. Ask for max. I'll be sure to use them next time I would appreciate it if you get word to Max that we were very pleased with this service, maybe even get him a promotion. Of course, if you do that he probably won't be at the counter next time.. (make sure to tell him to send my check! 😂 Oh, one more thing, we didn't have to take any damn shuttle bus to the cars they were right outside the door.
