I rented a truck to transport storage items. The initial service was quick and friendly. The prices were flexible initially. I found the service to be convenient. Even though my pick-up location wasn't the same as the drop-off laction I was still accommodated. The service I encountered from John at the Pensacola location was warm and friendly. He was knoknowledgeable aboute fees I may attack for the different locations. He did inform me of how the close-out of the rental process works.
