I had a terrible experience with the insurance company and a rental I required when I had an accident with a deer. Enterprise staff, Chloe and Matt were very understanding. I was also in the middle of a move to a new home. The insurance company who I had to repeatedly contact to follow up on the approval of winter tires, continued to state that they did approve but it was not completed correctly as it was under a different adjusters name. Once again, the issue was outstanding so Enterprise Manager, Jasmine made repeated efforts to work with the insurance company to resolve the issue basically so I could complete and pay my account. Jasmine went over and above to contact the insurance company-5 phone calls, on hold, no answer and the adjuster I had dealt was not helpful. The insurance company blamed Enterprise but it made no sense. Jasmine went over and above to resolve the issue. I am grateful this is resolved. It did take a long time.
