We found dealing with EO was very efficient. We filled in the questionaire to request an EO charger. The response was very quick requesting one extra photo. After payment we were given an installation date. The box with the equipment arrived before installatrion. The engineer arrived on time and did a very neat job. It works well and we are very happy with the small neat box. Highly recommend this product and the company.
