From deciding to use Octopus Energy as our supplier, to the install of our compact tethered charger it has been a wonderful, uncomplicated procedure. We received regular communications detailing exactly what to expect. We opted for a tethered charger and load balancing functionality together with the solar matching capability to make effective use of our PV panels and battery. Nice compact charger, installed neatly inside our garage. Easy to control via the app. Just waiting for our Smart meter now so we can take advantage of low early morning tariffs to top up our electric vehicle. Very pleased with the service and at a competitive price too.
