I approached a few companies to get an EV charger installed at my residence. Some of them asked for payment upfront, which I straight away discarded. Some others took so long to respond, that I didn't bother with them at all. EO was the only one who was very prompt, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and then gave me a firm installation date straight after that. No payment requested upfront - invoice sent after everything was done and I was satisfied. The installation itself was very quick and professional and the person who came to install very thorough and knowledgeable. He came with his own portable battery operated vacuum cleaner, and cleaned up the installation area after him, even though this was outside my property. The unit that was installed is the most compact available on the market
