The whole process was excellent and very straight forward from start to finish.
The engineer arrived on time and messaged to advise what time they would arrive earlier in the day. The engineer communicated with me to explain the process and what he was going to do and how long that would take. The engineer installed everything and done a very good job including tidying up afterwards.
The engineer then helped me connect to the WiFi and get connected to the charge point. This was not so straight forward but the engineer helped me with this process.
