Customer service from start to finish was first-class. The buying process was easy, subcontractor that fitted was professional, clean, tidy and fast. There were updates and reminders on my upcoming installation, enough to be informative and not too much to be annoying! I didn’t want a massive charger on the front of the house, the EO mini is perfect. Other contenders were BP Chargemaster and PodPoint. I’m so glad I went with EO.
