The communication keeping me inform was good all through the process confirming details at each stage and sending reminders of appointment day before hand. On the day, the installer had a problem with the previous appointment which was making him later than planned. He provided two updates during the day eventually saying his expect arrival time would be at 4 pm. At that stage I had my doubts as whether it would be completed on the day, but he arrived just after 4pm and worked through until it was completed. Thankfully it was a quicker job than the previous appointment!
