The Engineer arrived at appointed time on the day, although it had taken considerably longer than the 3 weeks originally suggested to get to installation point. The unanticipated need to self- survey the site, with measurements, a detailed sketch plan, photographs and providing other information, which took several days to assemble, caused some appreciable delay, but also did give us a better idea of the whole installation enterprise. We were pleased to avoid the exterior surface wiring option when deciding the charger location, and appreciate the security of an interior over-ride switch. Installation was achieved well within the allocated time frame, and we now look forward to trouble free car charging for a considerable time to come. Definitely a 5 star rating. Many thanks!
