We bought our first electric car four years ago and the Charger was EO and recently the cable was difficult to take out of charger and than it stop working. I rang the company and Andrew Whitmarsh helped to ensure we got a replacement charger and the followed up all the time . I recommend them to all looking for a wall mounted charger.
