What initially looked like a daunting form, was fine. The photos & things I wasn’t sure about, I just submitted it anyway & very soon had a reply & a phonecall to help fill in the gaps. Then quickly booked in for site survey (our house is old & query) and a fitting date about 6 weeks after initial application.
