We found dealing with EO extremely easy, we dealt with Jade, who was efficient, helpful and kept us in the loop regarding progress. Our charger was fitted recently by EO Etc Ltd; Nick was extremely helpful when deciding where to position the charger, the work was carried out skilfully with the minimum of fuss and Nick was very patient as he explained how to use the app. Would highly recommend both. Unfortunately, we are still awaiting delivery of our vehicle so it will be 4-5 weeks before we actually start using the charger.
