Customer service poor. Despite sending numerous photographs and scale drawing showing power board and planned charger location, when contractor came to do the fitting he said the soffit boards outside the front door would have to be removed for routing the cables, something he wasn't allowed to do. I had a carpenter remove soffits later that day and after several calls, a week later EO sent out one of their own fitters who simply routed the cable inside and said there had been no need to remove soffits. So, I've wasted money on having new soffits and part of facia replaced! With the EO fitter still present I tried several times to connect the EO Mini Pro 2 to my WiFi. The signal is strong at the charger's location so he reckoned the EO server was overloaded due to so many people having chargers installed at the moment. After trying for several days to connect to the 2.4 GHz WiFi I called technical support. My details were taken and I was told to expect a call back from a technical person. Two days later no call, but after yet more attempts the charger has connected to the 2.4GHz network. So no customer service. Hope I don't need any in future.
